Back after a long break

Free speech is an utopian idea. You will NEVER be able to go and say just ANYTHING you like and have absolute certainty that you will not be attacked for it. But even if you aren’t attacked for it, people among the milling crowd are probably wanting to come out and shout…

Every single person whom you meet is a book. A collection of stories, all waiting to be told. All these hidden beneath countless layers of facades. Perhaps another reason why blogs are so popular-for people to tell their stories, for them to be heard, for them to inject meaning into their lives which they supposedly feel are slowly going down the drain. Of course I daresay that these fears are often unfounded. Chain letters all over the place always extol that there will always be someone who loves you. But everyone’s book is wide shut, so how would you know?

Indeed, "lack of something to feel important about is the greatest tragedy a man can have"- a quote taken from one of the YJC Chemistry tutorials. That’s what turns some people into robots-just machines- pleasers, grade-chasers, etc. You name it, I'm sure you'll find a real-life equivalent for it.

Which is sad, because no mater what everyone else says, people are unique. And anyone who doesn't agree obviously hasn’t studied enough Biology to know the number of Chiasmata(Why doesn't MS Word recognize this word!?) combinations that can form during Meiosis. Genetic variation and Biology, lol-2 things that make life infinitely more interesting for us all.

I think I shall start blogging more often. I want to talk about YJC…
