On London

Another long dearth in entries. Still nothing much to talk about. Lost my dad's handphone, which may be a blessing in disguise since it finally made him replace that antique for a nice camera phone. I shall upload a few images of this place when I have the chance. In the meantime, enjoy the following piece...

There is a substantial number of Londoners who:-
-are Indians, though with a more Malay countenance and with names like Sanhita Sepal and Hemini Patel(Who just walked into the com lab, lol)

-Think that Singapore is part of China. Do you really think with place names like ShanXi and Xiamen, China would have come up with SINGAPORE!?

-Find the fact that ka ni na is a swear word and the concept of Singapore noodles very amusing.

-Have English standards that are probably approximate to the educated Singaporean student. There are also who write sentences on food boxes like "Thank you for your custom please call back again"......!?!?!?

A simple post entered just at the spur of the moment. Don't blame me if it's lame or anything. Cheers!
